Dairy products definitely produced cellulite in my body. I stopped using dairy products 15 years ago. My surgeon explained to me that I had a hidden dairy allergy--and even though I didn't notice any allergy symptoms at the time, my cellulite went away faster once I stopped eating dairy.
Wheat breads also made me have body cellulite--I was eating lots of bread. I only eat brown rice and corn now, and very little of that.
My anti cellulite diet is basically this:

If your areas of problem fat are deep fat, you may need to consider laser liposuction or a general liposuction procedure. Cellulite is not deep fat. Deep body fat is usually liposuctioned out; cellulite rarely is.
If you are vegan or vegetarian and trying this anti cellulite diet, eat plenty of a variety of beans and consider supplementing your diet with vitamin B12.
It's difficult to get B12 and other necessary B vitamins without eating meat. So to make sure you are well balanced in your diet, consider the following:

B12 is important to help your body make Hydrochloric acid for digesting your food. An anti cellulite diet is high in fiber and won't digest well if you are low on B12. Low vitamin B12 means you may also be low in Hydrochloric acid...
If you have vertical ridges in your fingernails, you may be B12 deficient.
A "hidden" B12 deficiency can cause a secondary Hydrochloric acid deficiency--meaning you aren't breaking down and digesting your food well, and may not get the nutrients from you food that you should.
Your body MUST have B12 to make hydrochloric acid in your stomach...
A study released two months ago suggests that as many as 80% of us are B12 deficient!
So check your nails, or have your plastic surgeon test your B12 levels when he does the blood work for your surgery...

You may already know that a B12 deficiency can also lead to anemia, which makes you tired and you it may mean you won't heal well after cosmetic surgery.
You may even experience brain fog, or be depressed from the effects of general anesthesia.
I used zeolite liquid to get anesthesia out of my body after surgery--this may help get rid of cellulite too, because anesthesia is a toxin stored in your fat cells. Toxins make fat cells swell, and this can give fat cells a cellulite appearance.
